1. Using Holistic

Holistic connects patients with independent doctors for online and offline consultations. By registering an account or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and patient profiles

You register with a phone number verified by OTP. You may add patient profiles for yourself and family members and are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for each profile.

3. Appointments and payments

An appointment is confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay. Fees are set by each doctor and shown before you pay. A serial number is allocated to your appointment once payment succeeds.

4. Video consultations

Online consultations take place over a Zoom meeting link generated once your doctor confirms the appointment. You are responsible for joining at the scheduled time with a stable internet connection.

5. Doctors on the platform

Every doctor provides their registration number and certificate, and accepts a confidentiality consent before their profile goes live. Holistic does not employ doctors directly — each doctor is responsible for the clinical advice they give.

6. Subscriptions

A doctor's profile is publicly visible only while their subscription is active. Subscription plans, pricing, and renewal are managed from the doctor's dashboard.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Holistic after a change means you accept the updated terms.
